Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using barcode scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Assist in unloading and sorting incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
