Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing paid training
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Maintain organized inventory using scanning systems
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer skills
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Must be available for weekday training (first week)
