Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing our certified training program
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Load/unload shipments while adhering to safety guidelines
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in weekly safety compliance training sessions
- Support inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to complete paid OSHA forklift certification
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth facility
