Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing our paid training program
- Accurately manage inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in monthly safety and process improvement meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with touchscreen technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
