Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training completion
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and digital systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (email, data entry)
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
