Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks (after training)
- Sort and organize inventory in warehouse zones
- Conduct quality inspections and document discrepancies
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following training protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Pass basic math assessment for inventory tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete paid training program
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth location
