Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training and safety protocols
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in designated zones
- Pick and pack orders accurately for timely delivery
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Participate in cross-functional team projects to optimize workflows
- Track inventory using digital systems and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
- Reliable transportation to Richmond, VA facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
