Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move, stack, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets safety standards before shipping.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training. A strong willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and navigate a busy warehouse floor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning barcodes and handling inventory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Basic English reading and speaking skills required for safety instructions and team coordination.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
