Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Assist in inventory management by scanning barcodes and updating stock levels.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to prevent errors.
- Load and unload trucks using proper handling techniques to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- No criminal background restrictions that would prevent employment in a warehouse setting.
