Responsibilities
- Receive and Process Orders: Accurately receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and prepare items for distribution.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using our digital tracking systems.
- Packaging & Labeling: Properly package, label, and stage products for delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
- Heavy Lifting: Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to work.
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior experience; on-the-job training is provided.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the facility.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods during the shift.
