Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and freight
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery after training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno facility
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
