What You Will Do:
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately for shipment.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain a clean workspace.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and comply with all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required for trainees).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to learn and undergo paid on-the-job training.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift certification provided upon hiring).
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No prior warehouse experience required (Paid Training provided).
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules.
- Good manual dexterity and physical fitness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
