Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers, storage areas, and designated work areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Package and label products securely for shipping, ensuring all compliance standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
- Willingness to learn and complete all mandatory safety training programs.
