Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyer systems.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
