Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely handle packages and pallets using hand trucks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing stock and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated individuals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, presentable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Communication Skills: Basic English reading and writing skills to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
