Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education required; we provide full training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the facility in Indianapolis, IN.
