Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against invoices.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently and organize the warehouse floor.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from work.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
