Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and conveyors.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in assigned zones.
- Ensure the warehouse meets all safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against packing slips.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
