Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and trailers with speed and accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Sort and organize stock in the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory flow.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of shipping stations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments (climate-controlled warehouse).
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
