The Role:
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to keep our facility running smoothly, including inventory management and logistics support.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment using warehouse management software.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.
