- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels and organizing the sales floor.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow company guidelines, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently on the weekend shift.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work in Philadelphia, IL.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy for data entry and register operations.
