Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support to clients during weekend operations.
- Assist in the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
- Document client interactions and feedback accurately using internal tools.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and callers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a drive to learn and grow.
