Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets
- Process transactions accurately and maintain store inventory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store presentation standards
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock rotation activities
- Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business
- Actively participate in product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for location)
