Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally upon entry.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate and recommend products to meet customer needs.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with integrity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist with restocking inventory and maintaining stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
