Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Assist customers in resolving their issues and ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team-wide objectives.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software and internal communication tools effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Willingness to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
- No prior experience is required; we provide the training.
