Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation and client outreach via phone and email.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Learn and demonstrate our products/services through training modules.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings.
- Adhere to company policies and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access (for remote training).
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
