Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks and production duties according to established safety guidelines.
- Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and efficient workflow during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to adhere to quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs is preferred.
