- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise to maintain optimal shelf availability.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all visitors and employees.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow staff members with various operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and labor regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries or minor issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred (equivalent work experience accepted).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
- Documentation: Must have a valid government-issued ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Attitude: Positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
