Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
- Manage and curate engaging content for the company’s blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual assets using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s CRM database and updating customer contact information.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and audience demographics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and basic content management systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design basics.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team setting.
