Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in daily training sessions to master our products, services, and sales methodologies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion.
- Document client interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Represent the company brand positively in all customer-facing activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide full, hands-on training.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for remote training modules.
