Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email.
- Assist in the sales and promotion of company products and services.
- Accurately process customer orders and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products to existing customers.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville office.
