Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle packages and pallets using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify products to ensure order accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate scanning devices and warehouse machinery to maintain workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.
- Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse aisles and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from work.
