- Training Adherence: Complete all provided training modules to master product knowledge and service standards.
- Feedback Analysis: Share customer insights with the management team to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We train all new hires from scratch.
- Technical Requirements: Reliable computer with Windows 10+ and a high-speed internet connection.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST).
