Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks and processes efficiently.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of shipments and inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- No prior experience necessary – we provide on-the-job training.
