Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and general support in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process Daily Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and digital payments while maintaining strict accuracy.
- Perform Data Entry: Input customer information and order details into our management systems with high attention to detail.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, sales floor, and break areas organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Assist with Inventory: Help monitor stock levels, organize merchandise, and prepare products for sale.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training is provided.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and work ethic over specific past jobs.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
