Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to 200+ employees across multiple locations
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems with enterprise software suites
- Monitor network infrastructure using SolarWinds and ServiceNow platforms
- Document IT processes and create training materials for new hires
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability assessments
- Manage hardware lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy with eagerness to learn technical skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- Ability to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
