Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support under supervision including mobility assistance and vital sign monitoring
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health systems
- Assist with daily living activities for patients in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and report observations
- Support environmental cleanliness and infection control procedures
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required - we train everyone!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
