Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve inquiries using proprietary CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions and maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in continuous improvement workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Passion for problem-solving and customer advocacy
