Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Maintain the sales floor, shelves, and display areas to company standards.
- Assist in stock organization, inventory counts, and restocking merchandise.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
