Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide top-tier customer service during weekend shifts.
- Complete all mandatory training modules and certification programs provided by the company.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly performance and sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions during paid training.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago, Texas location.
