Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and proposing effective solutions.
- Update customer account information accurately in our internal database systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Document all interactions and resolutions for quality assurance purposes.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; we value attitude over experience.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
