Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, organization, and inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Perfect for beginners! We provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers.
