Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions accurately and efficiently.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional tone.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
