Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with prospects and clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in daily training workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in organizing company events and networking functions to build brand awareness.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- No prior sales experience required – we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
