Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in daily operations and follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping during night shifts.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate basic machinery and tools as trained during the paid onboarding process.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks to ensure products meet company quality standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and peers to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners or point-of-sale systems.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is necessary to commute to the Fort Worth facility.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without assistance.
