Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, engaging with followers, and creating content calendars.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input data into our CRM systems and assist in analyzing basic market trends.

- Product Training: Complete daily training modules to learn about our products and services to better assist clients.
Qualifications
