Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- Entering data into company databases accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Collaborating with the team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Providing excellent service to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Following up on leads and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
