Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, pack, and ship products using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper training
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to meet safety standards
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team leads to meet nightly production targets
- Document inventory movements using handheld scanners and digital logs
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Louisville facility
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
