Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and a focus on problem resolution.
- Enter customer data accurately into our CRM and internal databases to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide clear, professional, and accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
- Document all customer interactions and follow up on pending issues to ensure closure.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level applicants.
