Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week training program covering CRM systems, client communication protocols, and product knowledge
- Manage client portfolios under supervision, ensuring satisfaction and retention goals are met
- Analyze customer data to identify upsell opportunities and growth strategies
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to resolve client issues proactively
- Develop personalized success plans for key accounts
- Contribute to process improvements based on client feedback
- Present quarterly performance metrics and growth insights
Qualifications
